The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®) is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities.

The festival spans 4 days, has 105+ events, 500+ chefs and experts, and has already raised 37+ million dollars in support of Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Check out some of the signature events!



Fontainebleau Miami Beach & Fontainebleau Las Vegas present Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best

The glamorous life personified. Elegance meets heavenly haute cuisine at this Festival mainstay, where over 60 of the nation's most acclaimed chefs are paired with more than 65 first-rate wineries from around the globe. Prepare your palate for a decadent array of cuisines and a divine selection of wine varietals. And be sure to explore the curated Wine Wall, which offers guests the opportunity to take home a piece of the Best of the Best experience, one coveted bottle at a time!



Bonafide match made in Heaven? Tacos and tequila! For this year’s fiesta, award-winning chef, TV personality, author and philanthropist Aarón Sánchez spices up the flavor factor as host. At the Festival's renowned North Venue, you’ll sample every type of taco under the South Florida sun – from authentic barbacoa to veggie-forward favorites – and thanks to Tequila Cazadores, there will be margaritas a plenty to keep you bailando (dancing!) all night long. We’ve rustled up some of the country’s most acclaimed chefs to deliver their signature spins on this classic Mexican dish so whether you prefer sweet or spicy, crunchy or soft, saucy or herby – or all of the above! – you’re guaranteed to leave SOBEWFF®’s beachside cantina seeing stars.



This year, we raise our glasses to the culinary virtuoso, Massimo Bottura, the visionary maestro behind the revered Osteria Francescana, a culinary sanctuary adorned with three Michelin stars, nestled in the heart of Modena, Italy. A lasting fixture among the pantheon of culinary greatness, Bottura's name consistently graces the upper echelons of the world's culinary luminaries. He stands tall in the company of the 2019 TIME 100's most influential personalities, a testament to his remarkable influence beyond the kitchen. Massimo Bottura extends his culinary skills to a resounding global platform, advocating tirelessly for the noble causes of reducing food waste, championing healthy and sustainable food systems, and spearheading the charge to safeguard our environment and preserve biodiversity through sustainable culinary practices and meticulous ingredient sourcing.

For the evening, we have assembled a world-class roster of chefs who shall orchestrate a symphony for your senses. Prepare to embark on an epicurean odyssey expertly paired with some of the finest wines and spirits from the Campari Group portfolio.



Think back to those epic block party days, where the celebration was all about high energy vibes and music that made you move. Get ready to groove to the sounds of rum with the iconic Rev Run and immerse yourself in nostalgia, as we once again team up with our friends at BACARDĺ to bring you the grand finale on the golden sand.

Attendees will be treated to an exceptional showcase of delectable bites from over 20 of South Florida’s most iconic chefs. And, of course, what’s a BACARDÍ party without expertly crafted cocktails using spirits from BACARDÍ’S extensive portfolio including Bacardī, Grey Goose, Patrón, D’Usse, Dewars, & Martini & Rossi! Join us as we close out another unforgettable Festival with a perfect blend of timeless music, mind-blowing entertainment, and delicious food. It’s the ultimate closing party, and you won’t want to miss it!



The epic burger showdown is more beefed up than ever thanks to the glorious return of the beloved host who started it all: Rachael Ray! Join Ray under the Festival’s iconic white tents – along with a passionate panel of judges who’ll be on hand to crown one very talented chef with the coveted Schweid & Sons® The Very Best Burger Award. Well done (bun intended) but we saved the best for our lovely guests. You get to decide who wins the equally prestigious People’s Choice Award after indulging in this year’s carefully curated menu of over 30 mouthwatering burgers and tantalizing side dishes prepared by some of the country's most acclaimed chefs and restaurants. Tough assignment but we know you’re up to the task. You’ll wash all this deliciousness down with free flowing drinks from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. Remember, it’s a marathon – not a sprint – so grab a drink, take a breath, and let your taste buds be your guide!

For this event, we’d like to say “Epic” is the word of the day. After all, what’s an epic event without a host leading the charge like Guy Fieri? An Emmy-winning TV personality, renowned restaurateur, and the SOBEWFF® Tribute Dinner 2022 Honoree. Guy, famous for his appearances on several Food Network shows and his status as a New York Times best-selling author, will once again be the star of the Festival's renowned North Venue. He'll be joined by a handpicked selection of America's finest roadside diners, vintage drive-ins, and hidden gems featured on the hit Food Network show. Join us for a no-frills, flavor-packed culinary journey across America, led by the ever-charismatic, spiky-haired host and over 30 incredibly talented chefs from near and far. Whether you arrive in a vintage Camaro or by any other means, get ready to rev up your appetite for a culinary tour across America!
